On April 26, Jiangsu Province Industrial design site work exchange meeting was held in Xuzhou. The meeting thoroughly implemented the requirements of the Party Central Committee, The State Council, the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government on industrial design work, and planned and deployed the next key work. Cui Shutian, deputy Director of the Department of Industrial Policy and Regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting and gave a speech, Liu Ning, President of the China Industrial Design Association, was invited to give a lecture, Zhong Weihua, Vice mayor of Xuzhou City Government, delivered a speech, Xu Ming, Director of the production Services Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, presided over the meeting, and made an understanding of the key work in the production services industry of Jiangsu Province in 2023.
Cui Shutian stressed that we must closely focus on promoting new industrialization and speed up the construction of a manufacturing power and a network power. The second is to give full play to the overall integration role of industrial design to provide strong support for improving the resilience of industrial chain and supply chain. At the meeting, Xuzhou City Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Suzhou City Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Changzhou City Bureau of industry and information technology and other three units exchanged speeches. Three gold award winners of "China Excellent Industrial Design Award", including Jiangsu XCMG Engineering Machinery Research Institute, shared their experience. During the meeting, the participants also visited the construction of Xugong exhibition hall and Industrial design laboratory of Xugong Research Institute.
